1 Introduction & Acceptance

11ok is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. When you access the 11ok website or platform, create an account, or use any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform. 11ok reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You will provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Only one account may be created per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. 11ok accepts no liability for any unauthorised use of your account. Please notify our support team immediately of any suspicious activity.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

11ok may at any time request documents to verify your identity and age. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 11ok platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposited funds will be credited to your account after proper processing. Please provide accurate transaction details when making a deposit; 11ok accepts no responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests on a successfully verified account are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal (see Section 4).
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply.
• 11ok reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 11ok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

11ok offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After claiming a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and at the time of the first deposit.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• 11ok reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if the bonus terms are violated.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be published on that promotion's page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games on 11ok are operated in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency. The games offered on the platform are run by third-party verified software.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Any attempt at cheating or match-fixing.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using another player's account or sharing accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain promotional benefits.
• Attempting to exploit the system to meet bonus wagering requirements.

5.3 Technical Issues

11ok is not obligated to provide compensation for changes to game outcomes caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. However, if a technical error results in winnings being incorrectly awarded, 11ok reserves the right to recover those funds.

6 VIP Program & Special Benefits

11ok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Regular and active participation on the platform is required to advance to a higher tier. 11ok reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

VIP status is non-transferable and is tied to a specific account. If an account is cancelled or suspended, VIP benefits will also be cancelled.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

11ok believes in responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy games for entertainment and within their own means.

7.1 Setting Limits

Players can set their own limits on deposits, losses, and bet amounts. Please contact our support team to set these limits.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

9.2 Player's Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate and valid funds from your balance; however, any portion subject to an unmet bonus requirement may not be withdrawable.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 11ok platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 11ok accepts no liability for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

For significant changes, 11ok will endeavour to notify you by email or through the platform. However, continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
