11ok Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
11ok believes entertainment is best enjoyed when it is controlled and mindful. Our protection tools and support services are always by your side.
Important: Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. If you feel that gambling is getting out of your control, contact our support team immediately.
What is responsible gambling and why does it matter?
At 11ok, we want every player to enjoy entertainment within their own time and budget. Responsible gambling means playing by your own choice, setting limits, and never letting gambling become a pressure or an addiction. Thousands of players in Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, slots, and casino games on the 11ok platform every day — and we work to ensure their experience always stays positive.
There are a few key principles to follow when gambling: never play with borrowed money; do not place extra bets to try to recover losses; and set a maximum spending limit for yourself before you start. The minimum deposit at 11ok is just ৳200, which helps players start small and move at their own pace.
SSL encryption and fair play are guaranteed on our platform. We do not only provide a safe environment — we are also committed to keeping players informed and happy.
Our protection tools
11ok gives you several protection features to keep you fully in control of your play.
Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a further process must be followed to increase it.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can close your account for a set period — from 7 days up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in or make a deposit.
Time-Out Feature
If you want a short break, set a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and will reactivate automatically once the break ends.
Loss Limit
Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period. When the limit is reached, the system will automatically warn you or stop you from betting.
Reality Check Reminders
Set pop-up reminders at set intervals (for example, every hour) to tell you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
Account Verification and Age Confirmation
11ok only allows accounts to be operated by people aged 21 and over. Age is verified when an account is opened, and additional verification is applied in cases of doubt.
Age 21 years — a mandatory requirement
Only people aged 21 or older may create an account and bet on 11ok. This is not just a rule — keeping minors away from gambling is our ethical responsibility. Keep your login details secure so that no family member can access your account.
If you suspect a minor is using your account, let us know immediately via live chat or email. We will act quickly.
How do you know when you need help?
If two or more of the signs below apply to you, consider seeking help:
- You are spending more than your budget and keep telling yourself "one last time" before starting again.
- You are placing bigger bets to try to win back losses, which often leads to even greater losses.
- You are lying about gambling or hiding it from family and friends.
- You are gambling with borrowed money or money meant for essential expenses.
- You feel restless or anxious when you are not playing.
- You cannot focus on work, family, or social life because gambling is always on your mind.
- Whether you win or lose, you cannot stop — always wanting to win more or win back what you lost.
Having these signs is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness. The 11ok support team is always ready to help with full confidentiality.
Keep yourself safe — step by step
Following these simple steps will keep your gaming experience enjoyable at all times.
Set a budget
Decide how much you can spend before you start playing. Treat it as the cost of entertainment — never start with the hope of making money.
Set a time limit
Decide how long you will play before each session. Use a timer or reminder so you do not lose track of time while playing.
Set a deposit limit
Turn on a daily or weekly deposit limit from your 11ok account settings. This will protect you automatically in moments of pressure.
Take a break
There is no need to play every day. Take a time-out for a few days if needed. A break will restore your ability to make clear decisions.
Habits for healthy and fun gaming
Responsible gambling does not mean not playing — it means playing wisely. A few simple habits can keep your experience positive at all times.
Never play with borrowed money. Deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay only with money you can afford to lose without facing financial difficulty. The minimum deposit at 11ok is just ৳200 — this low amount lets you start without taking large risks.
Do not make decisions driven by emotion. Never bet when you are tired, under stress, or after drinking. Your decision-making is weaker in these moments and the chance of making a serious mistake is higher.
Accept losses. Every game has wins and losses. Placing bigger bets to "cover" a loss after a losing session makes things worse. Instead, end the session as planned.
Spend time on other activities. Family, friends, hobbies, and other pursuits are equally important in life. 11ok should be just one part of your entertainment, not your whole life.
Tell someone you trust. Let a family member or trusted friend know how long and how much you are playing. An outside perspective can sometimes see things more clearly than we can ourselves.
